Morya Suisse Gold Scam by Mr Mukseh Surywanshi and corrupt Police Inspector Khalil Sheikh

Satyanand Gaitonde Canadian Citizen who was duped by Mr MuKseh Surywanshi during this year 2019 and lodged FIR against him under IPC sec 406 and 420 at Khar Police Station this case was handed over to PSI Khalil Sheikh by Senior Inspector of that station Gajanan Kabdule. 

Since day one I noticed non cooperative behavior of IO Sheikh as despite my several request he did not call Mr Surywanshi to Police station and for no reason put him on tracking when he was reachable by phone. Later when his associate Mr Mihir Desai was arrested for investigation by Khar Police and released next day Mr Surywanshi got alerted and applied for Anticipatory Bail.

I left India as I have to resume for my duty during this time it was Aug 16 2019. After that day IO Sheikh did not update anything on the case despite my several calls and twice my friend Mr Kargutkar visited Khar Police station to know about case.

Finally after making so many attempt IO Sheikh on Sep 27 told me on whats app that Mr. Suryawanshi was granted anticipatory bail but despite request never furnished me copy of Anticipatory bail or good copy of FIR.

I was not happy about whole episode and later I was amazed when I obtained copy of Anticipatory bail using my sources from court as per Court order clause no. 4 court ordered Mr Suryawanshi to deposit his passport with IO on 03/09/2019 upon investigating further I found out that passport was not taken by IO Sheikh and I was entirely shocked in month of October when I found out that Mr Surywanshi left India for Dubai without any intimation to Police.

New IO PSI Kolte took charge of my case by end of Oct and he contacted Mr. Surywanshi  where he was given deadline of Nov 20 to produce himself before Police which Surywanshi did not follow and at this time he is absconding.

As you can see from whole scenario I would like to have IO Sheikh should be investigated who is corrupt and helped Criminal Like Suryawanshi to escape to Dubai
